We are looking for a โ€œManager/Sr. Manager โ€“ Accounts & Financeโ€ will be responsible for overseeing of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities and to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The candidate will have to oversee and manage a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from new/existing clients. The candidate will be responsible to coach the accounts team in their day to day activities. It will hold functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and administration. The position will also ensure that the systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation and audits.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures
  • Coordinating all audit activity
  • Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;
  • Work closely with the CFO in budgeting, planning and in key financial decision-making process.
  • Review the financial reports of the clients and ensure timely closing on the books.
  • Guide, train and manage the staff at all levels in day to day activities, creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Making financial forecasts.

Qualifications

  • CA / Post Graduate in Finance with at least 5 years work experience;
  • Technology savvy with ability to adapt to project management, accounting and reporting software;
  • Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a team and working closely with the Organizationโ€™s Leadership/Executive teams is essential;
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to Organizationโ€™s mission;
  • A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will take up the responsibility for finance.

As an Executive Accounts / Finance Analyst / Finance Associate / Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, contributing to the organization's financial health and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, vendor bill processing, client invoicing, client communication, and handling various ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Conduct reconciliations and participate in the finalization of financial statements.
  • Prepare financial reports and conduct cash flow analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Efficiently process vendor bills and invoices for clients, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Establish clear and effective communication channels with clients to address inquiries and provide financial updates.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team and overall business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's in Commerce (M.Com) or Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA), or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS-Office tools to manage and analyze financial data accurately.
